| Poor Chip! He was abandoned by his owner when he moved away. Chip was left to survive on his own for a while until he was turned in to us by a good Samaritan. Little is known about his personality since we have no info from the owner. He was shut down when he arrived at the shelter but is now making improvements. What we have noticed is he is a calm, mellow guy. He enjoys pets and outside time.
