Precious is loved by staff and volunteers and is a sweet, gentle, kissable, loveable couch potato and playful. Precious loves other dogs and would be a great addition to any family. Precious came to ALAS with Sassy and one other fur sibling because her family home exploded due to a propane tank leak. Sadly, all the fur babies and her family were inside. She lost one of her fur siblings to the blast, and her human family members are in the burn unit recovering from their injuries and will never be able to care for their loving fur babies anymore. Precious is super sweet, friendly to everyone, including strangers, loves treats and pets, weighs around 49 lbs, and is five years old. She loves kissing and showing her belly for attention, and she is healthy overall. Her eyes follow you everywhere, and her gorgeous muzzle is starting to turn white. She loves walks, playing chase, and treats. She walks very well on a leash. Precious knows the following commands: sit and wait. Precious is calm and gentle and perfect for low to moderately-active families. She prefers giving kisses to barking.
