Jasmina is a new stray to our shelter. She was found running down the road and found her way to the shelter. She was found by a individual who almost hit her, because the car in front of them dumped her. She is a happy , and oh so friendly. We estimate her age to be around 7 months old and she weighs 43lbs. Jasmina is in need of someone to love her forever and to never abandon her again.
