He is a gentle boy who needs a foster now. He is possibly a hospice case. Please, we need him out. Hugo loves giving kisses and licks and playing with toys, is low energy, is very stranger-friendly and dog-friendly, and loves pets, belly rubs, and treats. He has no aggression toward people of any age or dogs. Hugo was adopted in 2019; however, his adopters decided to dump him back at the shelter. They took their purebred dogs with them when they relocated. Their callous behavior endangered him because he needed medical treatment. He has several lumps removed from his body, and results are waiting. He is a sweet boy, not a jumper, loves treats, is a greater walker, does not pull on the leash, is potty trained, and is a big baby. He loves people of all ages and dogs of all sizes. He is a possible hospice case and needs an immediate out with a loving family.
